“Project Financing” – Active Funding Support & Collateral Backing

Positioning a project and providing collateral for subsequent funding

From the point of view of funding sources, commercial lenders and private investors do not fund “projects” – they fund against “collateral” or “asset backing”.  A successful funding transaction must establish equity or assets as “Collateral”, or an asset backed “Exit Strategy”.  A company seeking project financing can only demonstrate this capability by having its equity or assets made “bankable” in a way that can be “monetized”, or by arranging and structuring third-party assets, both of which should be done by licensed certified institutional services.

This service provides all necessary components, including:

  • Packaging client assets or equity as Collateral (for established business)
  • Providing Collateral from third-party asset backing (for startup)
  • Structuring funding to cover costs of asset backing from funding
  • Active support to make project documents package “bankable”
  • Referral, placement and/or facilitation with potential funding sources
  • Transactional support to assist with efficient funding closing

This service is fully flexible for either commercial loans, private direct investment, or both.

It is possible to complete the documentation and preparation stage within 45 days, and to place the client with a funding source and help obtain full project financing within another 45 days.  Thus, with the cooperation of the client funding results can be achieved within an estimated 90 days.

Recommended project funding amount from minimum $4.0 Million to $500 Million+ USD

(Larger funding amounts in Billions can be arranged as successive “funding increases” based on repeatedly providing additional third-party assets, closing in “tranches” of $500 Million net working capital approximately every 30-45 days.)

This capability is provided through Funding Support Services directly with a licensed private banking institution that is also an authorized loan and investment underwriter, conduit lender and collateral provider.
